Since we're being cheap this year, one giant pot of black beans, Mexican Styles, roughly following this recipe, should be sufficient for three meals; enchiladas, refried bean tortillas, and breakfast burritos. For another dinner we can do stew with dumplings, parsnip mash and peas.

- 1 kg bag salad greens (sandwiches, burritos, tortillas)

- 3 kg tin tomatoes
- 1 catering pack of kransky sausages (just in case)
