What are the legal requirements for foodstuff for sale?
- Commercial kitchen premises with current operating licence
- Reheat & bottling, or the whole process?
- Nutrition label (carbs, fats, sugar content etc.)
- Ingredients list
- Hygiene certs for cooks?
