Breakfasts
- The Usual
- Corn fritters and bacon stacks with sweet chilli sauce & aoli.
- Breakfast Burrito
- Scrambled eggs, refried black beans and salsa in a corn tortilla, Sweet Mother's Kitchen style.
- Homemade Muesli
- Toasted oats, nuts, seeds and fruit, with fresh squeezed orange and yoghurt.
Lunches and Dinners
- Frijoles Refritos
- Black beans fried with bacon and garlic, in tortilla with salad, yoghurt and salsa.
- Enchilada de Pollo
- Tortilla filled with chilli-spiced chicken, baked in a rich tomato and bean sauce with a grilled cheese topping. Served with brown rice and salsa.
- Irish Stew
- Beef cut of some description from Preston's, cooked with onions in a seasoned beer-based broth. Served with mashed spuds and peas.
- Haggis and Stovies
- A Scottish staple - haggis served with baked potato and leeks.
- Sandwiches
- Suggestions for fillings welcome!
Desserts
- Affogato
- Okay I know we're trying to be cheap, but vanilla ice-cream with espresso coffee and a nice licqueur - Amaretto, Raspberry, or Grenadine...
