- ½ cup nuts (e.g. cashews, sliced almonds and hazelnuts)
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp neutral vegetable oil, e.g. ricebran or safflower
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup dried fruit (e.g. raisins, cranberries, banana chips, dried apricot)
- 1 tsp mixed spice - freshly ground cinnamon and cloves
Method
Lob all ingredients except the fruit and spices into a breadmaker and set to the "jam" setting.
