Better yet, grow a fucking sense of adventure and use any number of freely available open-licensed and good looking sans-serif fonts for general text body use, like [http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/oxygen Oxygen], [http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/gandhi-sans Gandhi Sans] or [http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/rosario Rosario]. Better still, use a fucking serif font for body text, that's why we have serifs in the first place to make shit easier to read. If you are going to stick to Times New Roman because that's the only thing in Microsoft Word, then I hope you die in an industial accident involving hazardous waste.
